- Wood Preservatives - A range of mainly boron-based wood preservatives and timber treatments, designed to preserve wood from attack from dry rot, wet rot, Death Watch Beetle and the familiar woodworm or common furniture beetle.

- Water Repellents - Specially formulated and fast drying, protective and water repellent coatings and impregnation products. Designed to impart waterproofing and weather resistance, as well as increased dirt shedding to timber including softwoods and hardwoods and green Oak.

- Fire Retardants and Intumescent Paint - Designed for use on a wide variety of substrates, including timber, plasterboard and steel. Can be applied in both interior and exterior situations over new, and previously painted, stained or varnished surfaces. The coatings are supported by a wide range of passive fire protection products including intumescent barriers, mastics, sealants and seals. Tested to BS 476 and EN 13501-1 or EN 1364-1: 1999 to offer Class 0/1 or 30 to 90 minutes fire protection depending on the substrate.

      A boron and water based masonry irrigation surface biocide and wood  
      preservative for professional use. Ready for use.  HSE No: 4911

      Usage Rate: 4 - 6 m2/litre

      Packaging: 5 litres and 25 litres

    • CHANNELWOOD BORACOL 8.5RH

      A boron and water based masonry irrigation surface biocide and wood  
      preservative for amateur use. Ready for use.  HSE No: 4809

      Packaging: 2.5 litres, 5 litres and 25 litres

      A ready for use glycol borate based wood preservative for the
      eradication of both insects and fungi.  HSE No: 6339

    • CHANNELWOOD BORACOL 40/1 WOOD PRESERVATIVE GEL

      A specially designed glycol paste for the preservation of joinery and
      particularly large section timbers.  Applied by low pressure injection
      from cartridges.  HSE No:  6133

    • ACS BORON WOOD PRESERVATIVE PASTE

      A thixotropic boron paste for injection or filling into predrilled holes or
      cavities in a variety of timbers.  HSE No: 6093

    • ACS ECOBOR 11

      A superior brushable and injectable boron based gel for use as a wood
      preservative on timbers in high risk areas as a treatment against fungi
      and wood destroying insects. HSE No. 6838

      Usage Rate: 2 - 2.5 m2/litre by brush. Inject as necessary

    • ACS BOROTREAT 10P

      A multipurpose powder concentrate for use as a wood preservative
      (effective fungicidal and insecticidal control) and surface biocide.
      Diluted 1: 10 with water, 1 hour re-entry. HSE No: 6335

      Usage Rate: 4 - 8 m2/litre dependent on use

      Packaging: 0.5Kg and 2.5Kg

    • ACS BOROTREAT 10AQ

      A ready to use version of ACS Borotreat 10P HSE No. 8260

    • ACS BORON RODS

      A fused, exceptionally concentrated wood preservative for use in a wide
      variety of applications.  Precise loadings and targeting of preservative.
      Clean and easy to handle. Supplied in bags of 10. HSE No: 6115

      Packed in bags of 10 in the following sizes: 
      8 x 12mm, 8 x 24mm, 8 x 48mm, 8 x 65mm, 12 x 50mm, 12 x 100mm and 18 x 75mm

    • ACS DRY ROT PAINT

      Highly visible surface biocide and sterilising treatment against Dry rot
      and other decay fungi. Wood and masonry treatment. HSE No: 6310

    • ACS MICROPOROUS TIMBER COATING

      A range of three medium build, microporous, flexible and extremely
      durable coatings for the application to most hardwood and softwood
      construction joinery

    • ACS OAKOTE 600

      A specially formulated, microporous, fast drying, waterborne protective
      Coating for application to green oak and other joinery

      Usage Rate: 10 - 30m2/litre depending on finish required

  • Fire Retardants & Intumescent Paint
    • ACS S92/FR FIRE RETARDANT COATING SYSTEM

      A clear or white, waterborne fire retardant coating system designed for application to timber and timber related substrates (such as MDF) to offer protection to BS476: Parts: 6 & 7 to UK Building Regulations Class 0 & 1 and EN13501 Euroclass B. Suitable for both interior and exterior application, when used with the correct protective lacquer and primer.

      Packaging: 1.0 litre, 2.5 litres, 5.0 litres and 20.0 litres

    • ACS S42 INTUMESCENT COATING SYSTEM

      A clear or white intumescent coating system offering 30 or 60-minutes protection to timber and timber related substrates in accordance with BS476: Parts 20-23 and EN1364-1:1999. Also suitable for upgrading painted masonry, wallpaper and certain polyurethane and plastic substrates to Class 0 & 1.
